To Locate or Download Any Software:
You may
already have software downloaded on your computer. If you do, look for icons on your
desktop. For example, if you have the
CPS/”Clickers” software and the Interwrite “MOBI” software, you will see an
eInstruction icon on the lower right bottom toolbar on your desktop. Click this icon to begin. Or you may have a whiteboard icon with a
sunburst in the same location (lower right toolbar). If you have this, you can click it to see the
available software on your computer.
If you don’t
have the software you need, follow these steps (these steps work to download
any available software):
Click your Microsoft “start” button on the lower-left of your computer
· Click My Computer from the menu that pulls up
· Under System Tasks, click Add or remove programs
· Click Add New Programs of left of screen
****Please note: CPS/”Clickers” software and the Interwrite (MOBI) Tablet software is free and can be downloaded to any computer (They give you the software for free because you need the equipment to actually use it!). So if you wish to do your planning outside of your classroom’s computer, you can work at it elsewhere, save your work to a flashdrive and then upload it to your computer in your classroom.
